MEMBERSHIP

Membership for the 2024 season is as follows:

Seniors: £60  Youth: £55

Youth Membership includes :

- 15 free outdoor training sessions 

- free social membership for parents/guardians

allowing use of the licensed bar on match days and at social events

- free Brockenhurst CC match day shirt for all players 

- £10 membership discount if player has also signed up for Dynamos Cricket (girls only)

- Any additional family member will receive a £10 discount

Match fees:

£4 per match per child.

Home matches include drink & biscuits/cake

£10 per adult (£5 U18's/students) - Home Match.

Home matches will include a Cricket Tea.

£5 per adult  - Away Match.

Playing Member Agreement:

By completing this form, I am agreeing to abide by the club constitution and agree to always behave in the manner befitting a member of Brockenhurst Cricket Club and abide by the ECB Code of Conduct & The Spirit of Cricket when representing the club in any way whatsoever. This constitution together with a copy of all relevant policies can be found on the clubs website or on request a hard copy will be provided.

  

It is the Club’s intention that the Health, Safety & Welfare of all its members is monitored and catered for. To this end the Club has an appointed Welfare Officer. If there are issues including any medical condition that you wish remain confidential but the Club needs to be aware of in the event of an incident, please discuss this with the Welfare Officer.

Parent / Guardian Agreement:

The Club will use the information provided on this Membership Form, together with other information it obtains about the player, to administer his/her cricketing activity at the Club and in any activities in which he/she participates through the Club and to care for and supervise activities in which he/she is involved.

 

In some cases this may require the Club to disclose the information to County Boards, Leagues and to the England and Wales Cricket Board. In the event of a medical issue or child protection issue arising, the Club may disclose certain information to doctors or other medical specialists and/or to police, children’s social care, the Courts and/or probation officers and, potentially to legal and other advisers involved in an investigation. 

As the person completing this form, you must ensure that the person whose information you include in this form knows what will happen to their information and how it may be disclosed.
